| 25 | 25 | | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2020) Each individual health 1 |

| 26 | 26 | | insurance policy providing coverage of the type specified in 2 |

| 27 | 27 | | subdivisions (1), (2), (4), (11) and (12) of section 38a-469 of the general 3 |

| 28 | 28 | | statutes delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended or 4 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | continued in this state on or after January 1, 2020, shall provide 5 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | coverage for: (1) Motorized wheelchairs, including, but not limited to, 6 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | used motorized wheelchairs; (2) repairs to motorized wheelchairs; and 7 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | (3) replacement batteries for motorized wheelchairs. 8 |

| 33 | 33 | | Sec. 2. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2020) Each group health insurance 9 |
