AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENTS UNDER CERTAIN HIGH
DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
health carriers that issue certain high deductible plans directly 2
reimburse participating providers for the cost of covered benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that health carriers that issue certain high deductible plans
directly reimburse participating providers for the cost of covered
benefits.
