AN ACT CONCERNING SHORT-TERM HEALTH INSURANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the 1
delivery, issuance for delivery or renewal of short-term health 2
insurance policies in this state that do not provide coverage for 3
essential health benefits. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the delivery, issuance for delivery or renewal of short-term
health insurance policies in this state that do not provide coverage for
essential health benefits.
