AN ACT LIMITING CHANGES TO PRESCRIPTION DRUG
FORMULARIES DURING THE TERM OF CERTAIN HEALTH

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 700c of the general statutes be amended to limit 1
changes to prescription drug formularies during the term of certain 2
health insurance policies. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit changes to prescription drug formularies during the term of
certain health insurance policies.
