Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-472i of the general statutes be amended to require 1
health carriers to include site-neutral payment provisions in provider 2
contracts. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require health carriers to include site-neutral payment provisions in
provider contracts.
