AN ACT ADDING OPIOID USE DISORDER AND WITHDRAWAL AS A 
DEBILITATING MEDICAL CONDITION FOR THE PALLIATIVE USE OF 
MARIJUANA. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That chapter 420f of the general statutes be amended to add opioid 1 
use disorder and withdrawal as qualifying conditions that qualify for 2 
the palliative use of marijuana. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To improve public health.
