AN ACT CONCERNING A SPECIAL MIRANDA NOTICE FOR
JUVENILE OFFENDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 46b of the general statutes be amended to provide for a 1
special Miranda notice to advise juveniles that juvenile court 2
statements can be used against them if the case is transferred from the 3
docket for juvenile matters to the regular criminal docket. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To protect juveniles who have cases transferred to the regular criminal
docket.
