| 28 | 28 | within its service territory, provide written consent for the town to: 3 | |
| 29 | 29 | (1) Operate education and government public access channels in 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | that town; and 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | (2) Engage freely and directly with the community antenna 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | television company providing services in such town to use their 7 | |
| 33 | 33 | headend equipment for dissemination of town-specific community 8 | |
