1921 AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO RESTRICT THE USE OF
2022 PESTICIDES IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OR ON
2123 CERTAIN TYPES OF PROPERTIES.
2224 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2325 Assembly convened:

25-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2019) Notwithstanding any 1
26-provision of chapter 441 of the general statutes or any regulation 2
27-adopted pursuant to said chapter, any municipality may, by 3
28-ordinance, restrict the application of any pesticide, as defined in 4
29-section 22a-47 of the general statutes, on any parcel of real property 5
30-located in such municipality. 6
31-This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
32-sections:
