AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR AN ADDITIONAL
BAY TO STORE EQUIPMENT AT THE YANTIC FIRE COMPANY IN
NORWICH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
eight hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used 4
by the Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of 5
providing a grant-in-aid for an additional bay to store equipment at 6
the Yantic Fire Company in Norwich. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for an additional bay to store equipment at the
Yantic Fire Company in Norwich.
