24 | 24 | documentation required for preauthorization and reauthorization of 3 | |
25 | 25 | HUSKY B services, (2) a fixed timeline for decisions on 4 | |
26 | 26 | preauthorization and reauthorization requests, (3) notification to 5 | |
27 | 27 | providers in real time on the Department of Social Services' Internet 6 | |
28 | 28 | web site for providers when a patient transfers from HUSKY A to 7 | |
29 | 29 | HUSKY B, and (4) retroactive payments under HUSKY A for providers 8 | |
30 | 30 | who perform medically necessary services in good faith until they 9 | |
31 | 31 | receive notice of a patient's transfer from HUSKY A to HUSKY B. 10 | |
