AN ACT EXPANDING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TAX RELIEF
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-170aa of the general statutes be amended to expand 1
the tax relief program under said section to include a homeowner 2
whose residential dwelling is held in trust for which such taxpayer or 3
such taxpayer's spouse, or both, are the grantor and the beneficiary, 4
and who is otherwise eligible for such program. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the tax relief program under section 12-170aa of the general
statutes to include a homeowner whose residential dwelling is held in
trust.
