Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 ____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4 Veterans Affairs for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the city 5 of Middletown for veterans programming, a small business incubator 6 space and a veterans community center at the Major General Maurice 7 Rose Armed Forces Reserve Center in Middletown. 8 Statement of Purpose: To provide funding for the Major General Maurice Rose Armed Forces Reserve Center in Middletown.
