AN ACT CONCERNING PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
businesses with two or more employees to provide twelve weeks of 2
paid family and medical leave per year, financed by employee 3
contributions. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require businesses with two or more employees to provide twelve
weeks of paid family and medical leave per year.
