AN ACT CONCERNING AUTHORIZATION OF BONDS OF THE STATE
TO THE TOWN OF GROTON FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER AT MARY MORRISON SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Public Health for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town 5
of Groton for the purpose of establishing a school-based health center 6
at Mary Morrison School. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial assistance to Groton to establish a school-based
health center at Mary Morrison School.
