AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESENTATION OF A CARRY PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 29-35 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require individuals who are carrying a pistol or revolver 2
to show their permit to law enforcement officers if requested to do so. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require an individual carrying a pistol or revolver to present the
applicable permit upon request of a law enforcement officer.
