AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO IDENTIFY STATE TAXES
THAT COST MORE TO ADMINISTER THAN IS GAINED IN REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force shall be established to identify state taxes that cost 1
more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains 2
in revenue received from the imposition of such taxes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to identify state taxes that cost more for the
state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue
received from the imposition of such taxes.
