AN ACT EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF INJURY IN THE
WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-275 of the general statutes be amended to expand 1
the definition of injury to include certain mental or emotional 2
impairments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the definition of injury in the Workers' Compensation Act
to include certain mental or emotional impairments.
