AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR AGING -IN-PLACE INITIATIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated from the General Fund 1
to the Department on Aging, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, to 2
expand programs that provide community and home-based care for 3
persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To commit additional state funds to expand access to aging-in-place
initiatives.
