AN ACT INCREASING THE PROPERTY TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-704c of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the property tax credit for taxes paid on a primary residence or motor 2
vehicle to five hundred dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the property tax credit for taxes paid on a primary
residence or motor vehicle to five hundred dollars.
