AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX
PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND
DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TO THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from 1
the personal income tax proceeds from the sale of the development 2
rights of any agricultural land to the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from the personal income tax proceeds from the sale of the
development rights of any agricultural land to the state.
