AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY
COOPERATIVES AND MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC COMPANIES TO
PROVIDE CERTAIN DETAILED INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipal electric 1
energy cooperatives and municipal electric companies to provide the 2
same detailed information and disclosures as are required for utility 3
companies regulated by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipal electric energy cooperatives and municipal
electric companies to provide certain detailed information and
disclosures.
