SINGLE-USE BAGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use and 1
distribution of single-use plastic bags in retail establishments. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the state's natural environment.
