AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE 
RESPITE CARE PROGRAM. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to increase 1 
to fifty thousand dollars the amount of income a person can earn to be 2 
eligible for the Alzheimer's disease respite care program. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To increase the number of persons eligible for the Alzheimer's disease 
respite care program by raising the income an eligible participant can 
earn.
