AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE 
RESPITE CARE PROGRAM. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to raise the 1 
income level at which a person is eligible for the Alzheimer's disease 2 
respite care program and remove the condition that expanding 3 
eligibility be based on available appropriations. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To expand eligibility for the Alzheimer's disease respite care program 
and remove the condition that expanding eligibility be based on 
available appropriations.
