AN ACT PROTECTING CERTAIN WILD ANIMALS FROM HARMFUL
HUNTING PRACTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of animal 1
products such as ivory and shark fins. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect wild animals, like elephants and sharks, from harmful
hunting practices.
