AN ACT CONCERNING WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT OF BLACK BEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide authority to the 1
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to conduct 2
wildlife management of the black bear population in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for wildlife management of black bears in the state.
