AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR VOLUNTEER
FIREFIGHTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any 1
municipality that has a volunteer fire company may establish 2
affordable housing options for active members of the volunteer fire 3
company. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to establish affordable housing options for
active members of a volunteer fire company.
