AN ACT CONCERNING ACHIEVING PARITY IN MEDICAID
ELIGIBILITY AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR HOME CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Social Services to apply the same eligibility and 2
reimbursement guidelines to home care as to institutional care. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To end inequitable Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement guidelines
for home care.
