AN ACT CONCERNING A PUBLIC-PRIVATE HUMAN SERVICES
COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
public-private partnership advisory council including the 2
Commissioners of Social Services, Developmental Services, Children 3
and Families and Mental Health and Addiction Services to make 4
recommendations concerning the delivery of certain human services 5
by private vendors. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To promote public-private partnerships for the cost-efficient delivery
of human services.
