AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HUMAN SERVICES PARTNERSHIP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a partnership 1
between state human service agencies and private providers to (1) 2
improve delivery of human services to the needy, elderly and persons 3
with disabilities, (2) reduce the cost of such services, and (3) increase 4
fraud investigations to uncover ineligible persons wrongfully receiving 5
public assistance. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To improve human services and reduce cost.
