AN ACT CONCERNING A PUBLIC -PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP
COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a public-private 1
partnership advisory council to allow the Commissioners of Social 2
Services, Developmental Services, Children and Families and Mental 3
Health and Addiction Services to contract for the delivery of human 4
services through the council. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To promote public-private partnerships to support the cost-efficient
delivery of human services.
