AN ACT INCREASING THE PERSONAL NEEDS ALLOWANCE OF
CERTAIN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 17b-106 and 17b-272 of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the personal needs allowance of certain long-term 2
care facility residents from sixty dollars to seventy-two dollars and 3
seventy-five cents. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the monthly personal needs allowance of long-term care
facility residents receiving medical assistance.
