AN ACT CONCERNING A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP
ADVISORY COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Public-Private 1
Partnership Advisory Council and authorize the Commissioners of 2
Social Services, Developmental Services, Children and Families and 3
Mental Health and Addiction Services to contract through the council 4
for the delivery of human services by private, nonprofit providers 5
approved by the council. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To promote public-private partnerships to support the cost-efficient
delivery of human services.
