AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM WEEKLY BASE RATE OF
NINETY DOLLARS FOR MEDICAID -FUNDED METHADONE
MAINTENANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
minimum weekly base rate of ninety dollars for methadone 2
maintenance funded under the Medicaid program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To address the inequitable methadone maintenance rates under the
Medicaid program.
