AN ACT EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF "RESIDENTIAL
BUILDING".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-440 of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1
definition of "residential building" to include buildings that 2
incorporate more than four family dwellings. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the definition of "residential building" to include buildings
that incorporate more than four family dwellings.
