AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TO
PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND
INSURANCE WORKFORCE IN THIS STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Insurance Commissioner to promote development of, and employment 2
opportunities within, the insurance industry in this state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Insurance Commissioner to promote development of,
and employment opportunities within, the insurance industry in this
state.
