AN ACT CONCERNING EQ UAL ENJOYMENT OF THE HIGHEST
ATTAINABLE STANDARD OF HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2019) The General Assembly 1
finds that equal enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health 2
is a human right and a priority of this state. 3
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 October 1, 2019 New section
