23 | 23 | That the task force to improve access to legal counsel in civil matters 1 | |
24 | 24 | be reconstituted for purposes of issuing a report to the joint standing 2 | |
25 | 25 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 3 | |
26 | 26 | relating to the judiciary. The report shall examine the feasibility of 4 | |
27 | 27 | establishing a program that provides legal services to individuals in 5 | |
28 | 28 | civil matters. The report shall include an in-depth study containing 6 | |
29 | 29 | specific guidelines and recommendations addressing the cost of 7 | |
30 | 30 | implementation of such program, how to identify eligible program 8 | |
31 | 31 | participants, services that would be available under the program and 9 | |
32 | 32 | the policy reasons supporting the recommendations. 10 | |
