| 24 | 24 | be reconstituted for purposes of issuing a report to the joint standing 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | relating to the judiciary. The report shall examine the feasibility of 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | establishing a program that provides legal services to individuals in 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | civil matters. The report shall include an in-depth study containing 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | specific guidelines and recommendations addressing the cost of 7 | |
