AN ACT CONCERNING UNIT OWNERS' ASSOCIATIONS AND
POLITICAL EXPRESSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 47-261b of the general statutes be amended to limit the 1
ability of a unit owners' association to impose restrictions on the 2
placement of a political sign by a unit owner. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit associations' restrictions on political expression by unit
owners.
