| 26 | 26 | of Policy and Management to consult with stakeholders on a plan to 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | close facilities operated by the department, and (3) require advance 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | notice when eligibility for state-assisted care of an individual with 6 | |
