AN ACT REQUIRING PARITY IN CARE AT MENTAL HEALTH
FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a public mental 1
health facility be subjected to the same standards and regulations as a 2
private mental health facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure parity in care at mental health facilities.
