AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED VAPOR
PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of flavored 1
vapor products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To address the proliferation of youth vaping.
