AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE AND USE OF CONSUMER -GRADE
FIREWORKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the type of 1
fireworks that may be legally sold and used in this state by allowing 2
the sale and use of all consumer-grade fireworks permitted by federal 3
law. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the type of fireworks that may be legally sold and used in
this state.
