AN ACT CONCERNING SERIAL NUMBERS ON FIREARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 29-36 and 53a-3 of the general statutes be amended to 1
ban firearms without serial numbers and require that any firearms 2
manufactured or assembled by an individual be identifiable by a serial 3
number or other unique marking. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ban firearms without serial numbers and require those
