AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSTALLATION OF CAMERA VIDEO
SYSTEMS INSIDE SCHOOL BUSES AND STUDENT
TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES USED TO TRANSPORT CHILDREN
WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the installation of 1
camera video systems inside any school bus or student transportation 2
vehicle used to transport children with special needs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of children with special needs by requiring the
installation of camera video systems inside school buses or student
transportation vehicles used for their transportation.
