Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 14-108a of the general statutes be amended to 1 streamline the process by which police officers report motor vehicle 2 accidents to the Commissioner of Transportation. 3 Statement of Purpose: To reduce the time in which police officers complete and submit motor vehicle accident reports to the Commissioner of Transportation.
