AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION BY CABLE CARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation study the feasibility of 1
utilizing above-ground cable cars to alleviate congestion on the state's 2
highways. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To study the feasibility of utilizing above-ground cable cars.
