AN ACT CONCERNING LIMITATIONS ON THE ISSUANCE OF DRIVE -
ONLY MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To require a national criminal history records check prior to the 1
issuance of a drive-only license and to prohibit any person convicted of 2
a felony from obtaining such license. 3
