AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF AUTOMATED TRAFFIC
ENFORCEMENT SAFETY DEVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the utilization of automated 1
traffic enforcement safety devices to enforce the provisions of section 2
14-299 of the general statutes, concerning traffic control signals, at 3
intersections. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study the implementation of "red light" cameras to improve traffic
safety.
